Lee Kum Kee's sweet and sour soy sauce is made through natural fermentation of non-GMO soybeans without artificial preservatives or MSG. Soy sauce is an essential ingredient in Asian cuisine, and its unique flavor enhances any dish. It can also be used for marinades, dips, stir-fries, or as a dressing for sauce mixes.
