Nanami Togarashi (assorted chili peppers) is a traditional Japanese seasoning with a blend of seven spices, including red chili peppers as the main ingredient. S&B Assorted Chili Pepper is characterized by the rich aroma and color of a balanced blend of red chili, orange peel, black sesame, white sesame, Japanese pepper, ginger, and seaweed.
As a relish for noodles such as udon, soba or beef, chicken, pork and fish dishes instead of pepper or mustard or as a topping for sushi rolls.
